How to Use the GHL Cost Calculator

1. Select Your Desired Plan
   
2. Enter Client Information (your current (or expected) number of clients)
   
3. Estimate Monthly Usage:
   • Emails: Enter number of emails you expect to send monthly in the thousands (e.g., 10 = 10,000 emails)
   • SMS: Enter total SMS segments (Note: one SMS may use multiple segments more on this below)
     
4. Hit Calculate to see your GHL costs
   
5. Review Your Results:
   The calculator will show your monthly cost, annual cost, and cost per client. If you selected an annual plan, you’ll also see the monthly equivalent of the annual base plan and your annual savings.

What are SMS segments? Text messages over 160 characters are split into multiple “segments.” GoHighLevel charges per segment, not per message. For example, a 200-character text counts as 2 segments for billing purposes.
